Continuing Education

Is Elevate You CE an approved provider of continuing education?

Yes. Elevate You CE is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Elevate You CE maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

Elevate You CE is a permitted activity for Texas and Florida psychologists, at the discretion of the licensee.

Most state boards for Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Mental Health Counselors accept continuing education courses from APA approved sponsors. Check the state requirements for your discipline.

How do I get my CE Certificate for a live webinar?

Once the live webinar is over, sign into your Elevate You CE account to complete the webinar evaluation, which will be on your account home page. Your certificate will then be available for download. You can do this right after the live webinar or anytime that is convenient for you. We will store your certificate in your account for a minimum of three years.

For how long will you keep records of my online courses?

We will keep records of your online courses for a minimum of 3 years, which is required by our accrediting agencies.

How do I find out which courses I have taken with Elevate You CE?

The courses you have taken will be listed on your “My Courses” page, which you can access by signing into your account.

Registration

How do I register for a Live Webinar or Home Study Course?

  1. Choose a live or recorded webinar from our online course listing and click the “Order Now” button.
  2. Review your shopping cart.
  3. Complete your payment information.
  4. Click submit.

A receipt and live webinar instructions will be emailed to you. Additionally, you can find live webinar instructions and your recorded webinar home study course in the “My Courses” section.

Do I have to enter my license number and discipline upon registration?

If you are a licensed mental health professional, we would like for you to enter your license number and disciple at registration. This ensures that your certificate of attendance/completion has the information required by your licensing board.

Do I need to have a license to register for a course?

No. If you are taking a course as part of a pre-license requirement, you would choose “no license” when registering.

What if I am having trouble registering or logging into my account?

If you are having trouble registering, or logging into your account, please reach out to our support team at support@elevateyouce.com or 323.319.4747.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Click the “Access” link in the upper right corner of any of our pages.
  2. Click on “Forgot Password” and enter the email you used when registering and then click “Submit.”
  3. We will immediately email you a link to reset your password.

I am unable to remember the email I used to register my account. How can I get it?

Please email our support team at support@elevateyouce.com. Include your full name in the email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. For a faster response, call 323.319.4747.

The Live webinar I attended no longer appears in my account. How can I access again?

Once you participate in a live webinar, the handouts and certificates you received at the time of the webinar will remain in your account but there will be no recording of the event. Should you want all time access to the recorded version, you can purchase the home study program.

I recently changed my email address. What should I do?

You can change your email by signing into your account and going to you “My Profile” section.

Post-Tests and Evaluations

I have completed the live webinar, how do I access the survey and post-test (if applicable)?

Once the live webinar is over, sign into your Elevate You CE account to complete the webinar evaluation and post-test (of applicable), which will be on your account home page. Your certificate will then be available for download. You can do this right after the live webinar or anytime that is convenient

How will I know if I passed the post-test?

As soon as you complete the post-test, you will get an on-screen message notifying you of your score. A score of 75% is a passing score and will enable you to proceed to the course evaluation and then the online, printable certificate. A score of lower than 75% will require that you take the post-test again.

Can I take the post-test more than once?

Yes, you can take the post-test 3 times. Once you pass, you will be unable to take it again.

Certificates and Reporting

Does Elevate You CE report my CE credit to my licensing board?

No. You are responsible for reporting your CE credits to your licensing board.

For how long, will Elevate You CE keep CE records for students?

The CA Code of Regulations for Continuing Education, section 1397.65 and the APA require approved providers to maintain attendance records for 3 years for each continuing education course.

How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate will be available after you complete the course evaluation (and post-test if applicable). Simply sign into your Elevate You CE account to complete the webinar evaluation, which will be on your account home page. Your certificate will then be available for download.

What date will appear on my certificate?

The date you complete the course evaluation is the date that will appear on your certificate. Times and Dates will be recorded as Pacific Standard Time.

Can I change the date on my certificate after I have passed the posttest and completed the course evaluation?

No. The date of completion is automatically populated and cannot be changed. Times and dates will be recorded as Pacific Standard Time.

I have lost my certificate. How can I get a duplicate?

Simply “sign in” to your account, go to the “my courses” page and reprint your certificate.

It is Elevate You CE’s policy to make every reasonable effort to provide qualified students with disabilities the opportunity to take full advantage of our programs. Return Policies

How do I cancel a registration for a course I have yet to take?

To cancel a registration, send us a message via the Contact page. You will be charged $30 for any cancelled registration.

I would like a refund. How do I get one?

If a course fails to meet your needs, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are available for 15 days following the completion of the course.

How can I share a grievance I have?
